Unbelievable... Fabiano handles the ball twice before he scores. Replay shows the ref asking him about it and laughing, so he must've seen it, but allowed the goal to stand anyway.

Boy, this match has surely devolved into a mess. There's going to be 10 minutes of extra time.

Then hands Kaka an unfair second yellow. I guess it was a makeup but the makeup wasn't really worth it. Looks like the national team won't be the only Frenchman going home later in the week.

Kaka's sendoff doesn't bother me, he and his teammates were being pretty theatrical when they didn't need to be. It was a 2nd yellow, not a straight red, and he threw up an elbow to the oncoming Ivory Coast player. Yeah, the Ivorian embellished with the covering of the race, but it wasn't really necessary, the elbow alone deserved the 2nd yellow. The most disappointing thing was the ref failing to control the Ivory Coast players when they started getting over-aggressive and desperate at the end of the gam.e

If you given Luis Fabiano a yellow card since he scored a goal and disallowed the goal to leave it 1-0 since he did it twice, I would have no problem with the call from the ref.
