Plan A
Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, Cal, Stanford

UCLA, USC, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Arizona State

Plan B
Oregon, WSU, Cal, UCLA, Utah, Arizona

OSU, Washington, Stanford, USC, Colorado, Arizona State

Plan B would require a fixed cross-division opponent and introduces the possibility of a rematch of the season finale in the title game.
