Both at 12pm. The Temple game will be an ESPN+ game, according to the MAC.

Ironically I may end up at that Temple - UConn game as my friends who went to Temple are going to go and we have a bye week.

UCONN got 6 games on national TV (ESPN/ABC) already this upcoming season. Hopefully we can get more on. It should be a great year for the Huskies TV wise.

We shall see.. Only thing I hope is they don't have a let down after playing Michigan the prior week.

It should be a great game unless weather or the refs get in the way. And no Donald Brown to kick our ass 04-rock

Jordan Todman is not exactly chop liver. The kid will lit up the field just like Donald Brown.

Temple is close to as good as Michigan. After UConn beats up the wolverines (game will not be close), Temple could provide an interesting test. With that said, they were upset by a pathetic UCLA team in the bowl game (I know Pierce was hurt, but you have to be able to beat teams like UCLA...). Temple isn't consistent enough to beat UConn this year.

Of course not, but he's no Donald Brown.

I dont know what that means. How are we not consistent? Bernard Pierce is healthy. Our line has more experience and more depth. Our secondary should be much improved. Our receivers should be significantly improved. Anyone else besides Vaughn Charlton starting at QB is an upgrade. I dont know how you could say that. We should be much better than last year.

Sorry, but any team that can beat a quality Navy team, then wheel around and lose to a terrible UCLA team (and again, I realize that with a healthy Pierce the entire game, you woudl have won...) is inconsistent. And how did you guys lose to Ohio? You have better talent than they do.

To beat this year's UConn team, you need to be consistent in every phase of the game. I'm not sold on Temple's passing game right now.

The last two years and this year as well are probably the only time in my lifetime where Rutgers has been better than Michigan and Temple and Michigan are probably on par with Temple probably being a bit better. Man its awesome watching DickRod fall flat on his face in Ann Arbor.

I'm a big fan of Al Golden, and now that Temple is getting older they should be more consistent. I see them in back to back bowls.

Pierce was hurt. Brown filled in very nicely, with 172 yards on 25 carries, but they were really able to key on Brown and the QBs. Charlton was abysmal, and was replaced by Stewart who wasn't much better that game. We really couldn't stop their offense. They were marching up and down the field at will. Fortunately, the secondary will be much better, and Stewart is a significantly better QB than Charlton.

Probably the worst game I've ever been to. The drive home from middle of nowhere, Ohio sucked.

Interesting. Is Jamie Nion still on your team? He was a coveted recruit for UConn a few years back.

Yeah, President Nixon is still here. He was 2nd Team All MAC at KR last year. Preseason 1st Team All MAC at KR this year. Probably our 3rd best receiver as well.
