PeteThamelNYT Source confirms that Texas asked to be able to keep own local TV and wanted "extra sweetner" financially from revenue sharing at 11th hour.

Why is anyone surprised? I mean we all know there is no way Texas gonna want to be treated as just another member in any conference. If ND is in the BE, I imagine we will be dealing with the same.
