1) I see no obvious copyright material at this link.

2) You will need to show me the copyrighted material, that you are indeed acting in good faith as representative of the copyright holding entity, and the exact location where the alleged infringement is.

3) Under the Communications Decency Act of 1996, to seek recourse of the poster you WILL need to prove #2 as well as subpoena records of the original poster, as message board operators cannot be held libel for the content of posts made by third parties on their site.

4) Be careful tossing around frivolous threats. At best it damages your credibility. At worst it can have legal repercussions.

Is this a joke? Does Frank Fellone read our board? Can we really not post articles that are already on the internet? They should be happy for the publicity. I never read Otus the Cat until I saw this on the board.

Thanks and sorry you have to deal with this nonsense. I guess that's why you get the big money for being board administrator (sarcasm intended).

Wow! This should make for some good conversation. Frank Fellone reads this board. I wonder if Wally has ever read it?

For board members who can see the signatures, how about the signature for animus (above). His you tube signature is a hoot.

As long as you post the link you should be fine. Most publisher's want as many hits as possible. If you post the article, you must credit the author. If don't credit the author, you could get sued. Its a crazy world.

I first saw a Dale Peterson ad on Fox News so I had to look him up on youtube and see the hype. I had to watch the vid like 10 times and each time I watched and literally fell out the chair laughing. I just had to make it my sig for a while. Glad you enjoyed it brother.

First time in memory that I've ever heard a politician refer to an opponent as a "dummy" in a political ad. ROFL indeed!

Sounds like he does mean business. It would be interesting to know how that election came/or comes out.
