2) You will need to show me the copyrighted material, that you are indeed acting in good faith as representative of the copyright holding entity, and the exact location where the alleged infringement is.
3) Under the Communications Decency Act of 1996, to seek recourse of the poster you WILL need to prove #2 as well as subpoena records of the original poster, as message board operators cannot be held libel for the content of posts made by third parties on their site.
4) Be careful tossing around frivolous threats. At best it damages your credibility. At worst it can have legal repercussions.
