Here another guy who Murray State is interested in.

1G Chris Wilson, Terry Sanford, Fayetteville, NC 6’2 200 Offered
Source: http://blog.northstarbball.com/
“Chris Wilson ’11, Terry Sanford (NC), CP3 All-Stars: “Pretty much all of the CAA, all of the A-10”, Clemson, Wake Forest, Virginia, Miami, North Carolina State, Arizona State, Stanford, Tennessee, East Carolina, Davidson, Murray State, Appalachian State, Western Carolina, and more he couldn’t think of
Offers:Old Dominion, Virginia Commonwealth, St. Joseph’s, Tennessee, Arizona State, UNC-Wilmington, East Carolina, Davidson, Murray State, Appalachian State, Western Carolina, Stanford (pending SAT scores),“most of the schools in [the CAA and A-10]”, and more
Favorites:“Not really. Well, schools recruiting me the longest have an advantage, but hopefully at the end of the summer I’m gonna break it down to four, five schools.” He said Old Dominion, St. Joseph’s, Arizona State, Davidson, and Wake Forest have been involved the longest.
Note-On when he wants to make his choice, Wilson commented, “I’d love to sign in early if possible. I really don’t wanna let it play out into the late [signing period], but as soon as I know, that’s where I’m gonna go.”

2G Johnny Hill Glenbard East, Glendale Heights, Illinois 6’2” 165
Source: http://blogs.suntimes.com/hoopsreport/20..._recap.htm
Quote: “The tournament MVP combined to score 55 points in the semifinals and championship game (30 points in title game). He showed his versatility by hitting a 17-foot jumper off the bounce to send the game into overtime and then winning the game with a catch-and-shoot three-pointer in the closing seconds. The 6-3 Hill's perimeter jumper is improving while he continues to make an impact beating people off the dribble and thriving in transition in the open court. Hill, who already has a few offers on the table, has received heavy interest from Illinois State, Bradley, Northern Illinois, Southern Illinois, Loyola, Murray State, Tennessee State and Wisconsin-Green Bay to name a few.”

Some more information of Jalen Jones:
http://www.dfwbasketballnews.com/

"2011 Jalen Jones made the Top 20 Cream of Crop Game
His two handed dunk down the lane drew quite a few eyes. Jalen Jones, of Mansfield (Tex.) Timberview, put together a solid game today. He knocked down a few threes and had a number of finishes in transition."

"The biggest sleeper in the camp has to be 6'6 JrJalen Jones from Mansfield (Timberview) TX, who currently is getting looks from schools like UTEP, Tulane, Houston, Arkansas-Little Rock, Baylor, Murray State, UNLV, and Wichita State. However, before anybody gets too excited about this one, it's also important to know that Jones is very raw skill-wise and he had trouble finishing in the Top 25 Cream of the Crop All-Star Game when he was playing against the top players in camp."

http://www.dfwbasketballnews.com/Recruitment-News.html
May 1, 2010
Jalen Jones (2011 6'5 SG) (Mansfield Timberview HS) (Dallas Showtyme Elite) was virtually unkown on AAU Circuit until he joined Dallas Showtyme Program this Spring. During the Test The Waters event you could hear fans and coaches alike asking who is that kid playing with Showtyme? He was displaying his athletic ability, shooting range, rebounding, & defensive skills. Jalen is an all-around prospect with good skills package. He doesn't do one thing great, but he does alot of things really good. Director & Coach Big E Davis told DBN that he feels that Jalen may end up as the Top 2/3 Prospect in Texas when the final Rankings come out next Spring. Jalen has offers from UTEP & North Texas right now.. But is getting strong intrest from Marquette, SMU, Houston, Murray ST, UTA, & Tulane

Quote from http://www.dfwbasketballnews.com/
May 9, 2010 “ Two of the Top PG’s in the 2011 Class went head to head this weekend in the GASO Tourney that was held at the Carrollton IAD. #16 Ranked Deon Mitchell (Pfugerville HS) & #36 Ranked Trey Davis (Dallas Woodrow HS) met on Saturday afternoon when their AAU teams played each other in pool play of the tourney. Trey Davis one of the most underrated DFW Prospects started the game with a very aggressive manner. He scored the first 6 pts for his team and ripped Deon at half court and kicked the ball up to a wide-open Antwaun Space for a dunk. Deon who is being recruited by the likes of Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, & TXAM attacked TD on a couple of plays hitting mid-range jumpers and a couple of 3’s. Urban led the entire game and ended up winning game and the pool 1 place ranking. TD played the game with extreme focus and desire, While DM played with no energy or since of urgency. TD finished the game with 25 pts, 6 dimes, & 3 stls. DM finished the game with 12 pts, 4 dimes, & 1 stl.”

April 26, 2010 “Trey Davis 6'0 2011 PG (Urban DFW Elite) (Dallas Woodrow Wilson)
TD known for his scoring didn't disappoint fans, coaches, or teammates during the NLBN Tourney. In 3 games he scored 28pts, 24pts, & 29pts. Going head to head with Kansas State committ Nino Williams he scored 21 of his 29 in the second half. He also finished with 16 dimes and 9 stleals for the tourney. Trey is currently being recruited by USF, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Providence, UTEP, SMU, UNT, Marshall, George Mason, & Wichita State.”

Curtis “Trey” Davis, 5-foot 11 inch, PG, Woodrow Wilson High-Dallas, Texas
A point guard who can run the floor and score if needed, like the other guys he needs to bulk up a bit, but can defend and knock down the long range jumper. Kind of a sleeper from what I have been reading, but he’s rising fast. If UTEP can’t land Cooper or the guys from Sac-town, Davis could help out. According to Rivals.com North Texas and FIU have made offers, but UTEP is in the mix. Hoopmasters.com has an article back from March that gives a little info on Davis. Here’s an article by Hoopmasters.com.

2011 Intro: Curtis "Trey" Davis...
By Patrick Stanwood stanwood@hoopmasters.com

One of the fastest rising guards in the Metroplex, Curtis Davis is just starting to get noticed...
We got a chance to catch up with fast rising 5-11 junior, point guard Curtis Davis, the Dallas Morning News Dallas/Ft. Worth Newcomer of The Year as a Sophomore, who is having a stellar year from Dallas, TX Woodrow Wilson.
He has been averaging 15.7 points, 6.1 assists and just over two steals as a junior for Wilson this season. He has all the tools to challenge for a top 100 spot this coming spring and summer with DFW Elite.
His high school coach Pat Washington agrees that he has all the tools as a lead guard.
"He's our floor general," Coach Washington told Hoopmasters. He gets people involved, he's still only 16, but his skill set is really advanced."
Trey has excellent court vision, is a true playmaker, who loves to pushes it. He can really shoot it from the perimeter and can defend both on and off the ball. Plus he has a big upside because of his age he will add strengh as he matures. He has heard from a number of schools this winter.
They include Mississippi, Alabama, UTEP, South Florida, Providence, Wichita State and SMU at this point. We will continue to follow his recruiting, right here at Hoopmasters.com.
