3 schools that have been to (at least) the Elite Eight since 2004.

And 1 school that has only been to the second round since 2004, with its only NCAA wins over #10 and #13 seeds.

I like UC, live in the city and root for the Bearcats, but let's by honest here ........

Yeah... I was going to reply with "four teams that suck at basketball", but yours was just as well.

Geez relax, it was clearly a joke. The fact that you spent anytime looking up stats because of one joke is silly. For the record, nobody cares about 2004 when you go 13-18. I'm guessing that Oklahoma would have taken Cincinnati's season last year, even if it ended in the NIT, over a 13-18 record and bragging rights over an Elite Eight appearance 6 years ago, or whatever.

Does anybody think it is interesting that UC and Oklahoma are building up a relationship right now? Home and home in football, heading out to play them in basketball. Before UC got its invite to the Big East they had been playing games against WVU, UConn, and Syracuse.

I think its a general "Big 12" thing. The Big 12 got a lot of complaints from its TV partners about five years ago due to weak OOC scheduling. So they reached out to the PAC-10 to start the MBK challenge series and the schools began reaching out for better OOC football games.
