Who will it be?
Usually someone on any given team will make a leap forward in his performance. Typically it is a second year player. I assume we will have that. Who will it be?

Money would be a good candidate. He has the touch and is a good rebounder.

If Bails stays, he was starting to come around at the end of the year. His best ball still may be ahead of him. He certainly has the touch and the size.

If Alex takes a big step forward he could be a really fine player. His shooting came on late in the year to the point he was a genuine 3-point threat. If he started off like that and his defense could improve to be even close to Mr. Fowler's, he would be a pretty complete player, because he is a good-rebounding guard.
