I do not see that at all, but boy wouldn't that be a game changer? Whatever rule changes made to accomodate Texas, would make it possible for Big East teams to go Indy an survive, especially schools like West Virginia and Louisville who could negotiate TV deals directly with ESPN.

Tex would be idiots to go inde. They get to keep all their own revenue, plus 80% of everything the big 12 takes in. Why in the heck would they change that.
