Wonder where he is going
Have to be a subscriber to find out-

Date: May 5, 2010

Reporter Mike Sullivan provides a recruiting update on New York City senior guard prospect Mike Buffalo's recruiting process ... Buffalo is going to take a campus visit ...

We apparently offered this kid according to one recruiting site I found. No idea if he's visiting or will visit. I don't think he's our number one 2 guard target at this point, but who knows. I saw him described as a "fantastic defender". We haven't had a NYC kid since Kestenbaum.

I don't know anything about this kid, or for that matter much of anything about the wave of new faces that we may (or may not) be seeing next season. One thing I do know however, is that we have not lacked for "fantastic defender" type players under Steve Shields. Coach Shields really knows how to get defense out of kids. Offense? Well that's a different story.

But with so little overall information about what is happening in the Little Rock program, there is no real reason to stay interested at this point. We won't apparently know who will be returning or not, or what the final roster will look like until it is published. So although I commend your efforts MJS, it appears to me that you are beating your head against a brick wall to find out information about where we are headed. I just hope when we do eventually find out, that there are more than just you and me a couple of others that care.

Exactly what I've been saying for at least two years. Great to have a tough defense, but you've got to be able to score to win. You don't often shut people out in basketball. But, what do I know? I'm just the 800 lb. gorilla around here, and I haven't even stayed in a Holiday Inn Express.

Don't know if this means anything but this article was on ScoutArkansasLittleRock.com-

New York Guard Taking Campus Visit
Reporter Mike Sullivan provides a recruiting update on New York City senior guard prospect Mike Buffalo's recruiting process ... Buffalo is going to take a campus visit ... (have to pay to get the rest)

I've never been to the site before, but why would this article be on the front page, if he wasn't coming here to visit?
