Wannstedt does not want to let the cat out of the bag. That's why he is not commenting on any of this at all....

Smart AD's and presidents don't tell coaches until after the handshake. Coaches are notorius for not keeping things quiet that don't involve game prep.

I still cannot understand how Penn State would decide not to play Pitt. It's like UK not playing Louisville or Florida not playing FSU, or Bama not playing Auburn or UNC not playing Duke, and on and on.

Basically, it's just plain stupid.
