FRESNO, Calif. - With his latest addition during the spring signing period, head coach Steve Cleveland has elevated the Bulldogs' backcourt by inking Tyler Johnson to a National Letter of Intent to attend school and play basketball for Fresno State in the upcoming 2010-11 season.

So apparently Mr. Steed didn't rush home from Fresno and FAX his letter as soon he got back. So maybe it is not yet a done deal.

All I know is that he has offers from Fresno, Cal-Fullerton, and SIU. I know he was recruited by Wichita State, but I don't know if they offered him. That info is enough to convince me he could play here.

I just found a site that had him rated the #6 Juco prospect our of the Top 50 Sophomores. That's pretty strong. Probably eliminates our chances of getting him.
