Richmond Spiders In A-10 Final On CBS Tomorrow!
My Spiders had another classic game with Xavier in the semifinals of the Atlantic-10 Tournamnet this afternoon in Atlantic City. The Spiders prevailed in Overtime to advance to the Finals tomorrow against Temple. The game will be aired by CBS at Noon.
The Spiders and Xavier went to Double Overtime a couple of weeks ago at Xavier's place with the Muskateers prevailing. We got even today! With this victory, Richmond has beaten every team in the Atlantic 10 this year.
Spiders are now 26-7 going into Selection Sunday !!!

I doubt quite that high, however, if they can prevail over the Owls tomorrow, I think a 5 might be possible.

The "dreaded" 5 seed. It probably will be strange for Richmond to be on the "higher" end of the 5-12 matchup.

If the Spiders get to wear white uniforms next Thursday or Friday, I think it will be the first time they have ever been the higher seed in an NCAA Tournament game. With the win today, the Spiders have won 26 games this season which matches the all time win total for any Richmond team in the history of the program.

Our season is over and we're still losing.
In the last couple of days we've dropped from #298 in the RealtimeRPI to #301. Will the RPI keep being figured during the tournament, or does it end when the conference tournaments end? That's how strange this deal is. A team that's not even playing can keep dropping. That's just wrong!
