This is Charlie Creme's order for the last few bids right now: TCU, UNC, MissSt, DAY, RU, JMU, USC, Iowa, VT, Fresno - IN. Mich, BC, MD, UALR, SU, Cal - OUT . So according to him we have to jump over 3 BCS schools- Michigan, BC, and Maryland. That maybe do-able. But then we have to knock out another midmajor either Fresno or Vermont. If Vermont loses bad tonight, that may still be a possibility- just not a good one right now.

Jeff doesn't think its over, and its probably not. No way to know what folks on the committee are thinking. Fresno's resume doesn't look that much better than ours. They had won 19 in a row before losing, so not much difference there. No more quality wins. However, until today they had not lost to a team below 50 in the RPI and had an overall RPI themselves of about 30. I tend to believe they are in. I really don't know how to compare us to the BCS teams who have many more losses, but also have more "quality" wins.

UALR has one of the best 10 players inthe country. I think that alone gets us in.

If Vermont doesn't blow an 18 lead to Hartford, its over. WNIT here we come.
