What was that that just went by us.
This from the Demozette, quoting UCA's Coach Williamson:

“You can pretty much guess that it’s going to be full court,” Williamson said. “You’re going to see us put some pressure on defense, open-court offense. I don’t like watching paint dry. I enjoy pushing the basketball up the court. The game is supposed to be fun.”

Imagine that.

I wouldn't be surprised if he lands at least 2 of the 3 kids from Conway. Possibly all 3. Didn't someone say we are recruiting Delph and Purifoy from Conway? I don't know if he will be a good coach, only time will tell. But I'm sure he will be able to recruit Arkansas players due to his extensive connection with the state high school and AAU coaches.

Playing for a legend with NBA connections has to be a fairly easy sell. Throw in that smile, and bingo-bango.

Did I read somewhere that there's a UCA bus from Little Rock on game nights..?

I know I will be following them this coming season from afar. If they do become succesful, I bet you will see some traffic pick up on I-40 to see the Bears play. Plus you gotta believe the folks in the Russellville area will make the quick drive down to support their local hero.
