It's got to be those uniform tops. Picard looks like he's wearing one 2 sizes too small and Riker's is 1 size too small. I thought in the future the replicator would tailor clothes better than TNG wardrobe department.

It's the shoulder pads. A big fashion statement in the '80s and '90s! Didn't fare too well in the 2k's however.

Thanks for the forum lesson. He is still a CHUMP who cant get over Cal. It must be nice to have nothing going on in your life but reading web sites and forums on news on Cal. Try getting a JOB or donating your time to a nice charity. Its much more rewarding.
