that this team was not as far as you might think from being a pretty fair team. (Pretty fair, not great).
We did some things really well. we had five players who were legitimate 3-point threats. Not every team can say that. We had four players who shot 80% from the line. Our starting point guard had the 2:1 A/TO ratio that everyone wants to see.

But - we did not have anyone over 6-6 who played more than 435 minutes (basically 15 minutes per game). Which indicates that we had no inside consistency at all after Mike went down.

Sorry Pappy, I have to disagree with you on one point. That turnever ratio is very misleading. He doesn't see the court well, doesn't look to pass when someone is open, only when he doesn't have a shot himself. Not to say he doesn't sometimes make a pass inside for a layup, but overall, no. Lionel is our only point guard who sees the floor and will give the ball up AT THE RIGHT TIME. But I have mixed emotions about our point guards anyway. One is more concerned with scoring, the other normally doesn't score at all. If you could combine the best qualities in one player, you'd have a great player, who would be playing for Memphis.04-cheers

We need another pg that can play from day one for next year. solo is a scorer and looks like Stevie Moore running the offense. Foster is a good on the ball defender and is the only player that can get our plays running. We need one more pg that could play in front of Foster due to Foster's lack of an outside shot.

That is not too much to ask. PG's are out there. Big's that is a different story.
