Consdiering WVU went the first 8 minutes of the game scoreless, they're doing great. But the officiating in this game is non-existant. They're really letting both teams mug each other, and only seem to be calling ticky tack fouls. It's been a very strange game so far...

The refs are screwing West Virginia in this game. I have been watching about 5 minutes and I have seen 3 awful calls.

Maybe a makeup call right there against Villanova.

Huggins looked dumbfounded by Ebanks decision making there at the end. To tell the truth, so was I...

Does Ebanks know how to read a clock? Nova ties and WVU inbounds with 7 seconds left. Ebanks runs down to the 3 line and with a few seconds left back outs to 35 feet. He dribbles around and then realizes the game is ending so he airballs a horrible 35 footer. Talk about a nonexistent basketball IQ.

Even the announcers are talking about how inconsistent the officiating is. The kid who hit the NBA 3 to tie has some onions.

The game would have turned out about the same without any referees at all. They've really sucked today. But it's gone both ways. They're letting 'em mug each other, and calling the bullsh!t fouls...

The officiating in that game was totally dreadful late. Just horrible calls both ways. I think guys who ref our hoops games are equally as bad as those who do our FB games.

Villanova's schedule was heavily backloaded. So they played the best teams on the schedule at the end of the year. Obviously, it didn't work out in their favor...
