Thank you for a quote from the wisdom book. For some reason the term Bible Belt is used in a disparaging way...seems a little degrading....the opposite of Bible Belt is pagan belt or how 'bout depravity belt?

The curse wasn't profanity. The curse caused the tree to die. Don't use Jesus as an excuse for using profanity.

Semantics

Profanity is culturally, not inherently defined.

The bottom line is that if you believe the Bible, Jesus destroyed an innocent fig tree that had the audacity not to have fruit out of season.
