I don't understand why a player can sign a
letter of intent, not qualify, attend a Juco, and not be obligated to the school with which he originally signed, unless there is a mutual agreement to negate the contract. I've always thought that if a school spends the money to recruit a kid, he makes the decision to sign with them, and they place him in a Juco, he should obligated to that school to return when he's eligible. It's not the school's fault the kid didn't get in the first time. He was the one who failed to meet the original requirements. Oh well. When I'm King of the World, I'll correct all these injustices.
