The company I worked for installed the fire alarm, all the meeting room PA, all of the TV cable and outlets as well as the first phone system. Several miles of cable in that building. Years later at another company we ran a lot of CAT5 when every room needed computer access.

If I had to guess, I would say its a 1960 Chevrolet C10 Stepside.
