This ESPN analyst has MTSU backing into the
NCAA tournament as an at-large. Obviously, isn't high on the Belt and doesn't mention UALR. I still tend to believe we may get in if we win out and lose in the final to MTSU (21 game win streak). But, I'll withhold judgment until I see how far our RPI drops after the two games this week. A 10 spot drop to the mid-60's would be devastating to our chances.

Provided that you're talking about Charlie Creme, ESPN's women's bracketologist, I'll tell you one thing. His bracketology isn't projecting you to win the tournament. His bracketology is merely a snapshot of what he thinks the bracket would look like if the season ended today and in every conference the team leading on top of the standings is given the auto bid, games left to be payed(including the conference tournament) are given zero consideration.

I think that if UALR wins out to the SBC championship game, you have a pretty good shot of making the tournament. A LOT of the other bubble teams are stumbling down the stretch. And since the selection committee really likes to see what a team has done in the last ten games, I think your current 18 game win streak is very helpful.
Your biggest weakness, outside of the overall weakness of the Sun Belt, is the three game losing streak in the early season that included losses to Ole Miss and Drake. Ole Miss is a fellow bubble team and you don't ever want to lose to those type teams. Drake was just a bad, bad loss.
If UALR loses to Middle in the final, but by a small margin, I can see the committee included the Trojans as one of the last at-larges included.

And South Alabama was a bad loss.
