On The Road Again
I was on the edge of my seat with about seven minutes left in the second half, but the boys pulled off another win against what DeLand, Florida calls an NCAA basketball team. I hope we can do the same against Gulf Coast on Saturday.
Go Bruins.

I wouldn't criticize Stetson too heavily. Although Stetson is surprisingly down this year (wasn't expecting that) they have some really good freshmen and apparently have a good recruiting class as well. In the next couple of year they will challenge.

Agreed they will be much better in coming years. Last night was Stetson's last chance to stay in the tourny race so they did play fairly inspired ball. I wasn't sure Belmont had it in them late in the game. I really thought the tide had turned and they were done. Fortunately, they proved me wrong. That was very impressive after allowing a big Hatter run in the middle of the second half to turn the momentum back and seize control down the stretch. Byrd clearly called an appropriate TO and got them re-focused. Hopefully fgc has already headed to the beach for the season. I need an easy win before next weekend.
