I'm afraid we'll move up to the 6 seed or WKU will move up to the 5 seed. That's the only team I really feel we have no shot at beating when I look at teams 3 through 8. We've beat Denver and ULL, we only lost to FAU by 3 on the road, we always seems to play UNT well, and Troy is good, but always vulnerable.

I think winning one game at the tournament would be a big deal. Winning two would put some icing on tis crap cake we have baked this season :cake: but I give us a chance against both of thos teams.

Our team has to be so low, confidence wise, right now that I don't think we can beat anyone in the tournament. With that said, if by some miracle, we win a few games the rest of the way, maybe we could pick up a little momentum. But something is going to have to happen off the court for this to happen. Someone on that team is going to have to take a leadership role and be more concerned about winning games than scoring points. If the same "it's all about me" attitude prevails, then we'll just see more of the same.04-cheers

Is that what there has been . . . an "all about me" attitude? I hadn't noticed anything like that. I have seen a "team" trying their hardest but not being good enough most of the time.

I haven't heard anyone criticize our level of effort. I certainly have not seen any "all about me attitude". I've seen a team that was middle of the pack before the season, play as hard as they can despite losing their starting big man and startng point guard. Team work, effort, and coaching can only take you so far.

I didn't say they weren't playing hard. But team work in some areas is sadly lacking. Several trying to do too much themselves. It's not their fault. They think that's what's expected of them. It's the coaches job to get them to play as a team. Just remember. A pass moves across the court much faster than a dribble.04-cheers
