7 nationally televised games for next year now, with Oklahoma still to be announced.

First game under a new coach. New defensive system. Travel all the way cross country to play a team that doesn't lose much in that facility. Recipe for a rough start.

Good thing is, this makes half of UC's season nationally televised games so far with the potential of a couple more once the BE games of the week are factored in.

Rath, doesn't FSU lose their top two RBs? That's pretty much what (almost) killed us last year.

I believe they did. I know one (maybe both) were at the Senior Bowl.

Matt, do you have any info for anything ESPN has lined up for games on Sunday, Sept 5th (day before Labor Day).

I would be nice if we could move this year's game against UK back to that slot like we used to have.

Haven't heard anything. Could be in the works. ESPN does have NASCAR at 7:30pm ET that night from California Speedway. Depends on what start time is available.

Weren't people saying a lot of the same thing about UC last year when UC opened up at Rutgers? In fact, the only thing different is the new coach thing, but the new coach is very similar to the old coach, and actually uses more offensive weapons (running game) then the old coach.

I believe Ryan Matthews is headed to the NFL, and deservedly so. The guy is a monster and absolutely killed us, especially with the time of possession.
