When do you insert your sixth man into the game?
We have a tendency to wait until at least ten minutes into the game, regardless of the score. If you have a designated sixth man, which Steve has seemed to designate for III, why not get him in the game after five minutes, or even at the first media time out. I'll make one exception. If Kelson, or whomever is starting, is on a roll, don't take them out. If it's Kelson, leave him in and take someone else out; say Solo. If Solo is also hot, then you don't make the change until the second media timeout. And you could consider moving Alex to the four and Kelson to the three when you make the change.
A sixth man is usually your "instant offense" type player, and that fits III perfectly. Unless we're just beating up on someone, I don't like one of your best scorers on the bench for the entire first quarter of the game.
The secrect to our winning some games is to jump out to a big lead, if humanly possible, so the game isn't close at the end. Anytime we give a team a chance to beat us, they usually do.
