Anyone know that Australian kids band "The Wiggles?" Aimed at the 3-7 year toddler kid crowd? Their entire market is kids, and yet from day one, they have never put a hand on a kid, hugged a kid, picked up a kid, or put an arm around a kid for a picture. All over the fear of allegations. Take a look at this picture of The Wiggles with some disabled twins. You'd think a hand on the shoulder would be fitting in a situation like this.

We took our daughter to see the Wiggles three times before she declared them to be "too baby" to see any more.....Damn...I miss seeing them do "Big Red Car" live...

A couple of MAC coaches are on the radar down in "south" Florida....

So USF should be looking a step below that level. The Bulls should be considering somebody like Al Golden, who just took Temple to its first bowl game in 30 years. They should look at somebody similar to Dave Clawson, who has had success as a head coach at Fordham, Richmond and now Bowling Green.

Nevertheless, I think you're arguing for a pansy nation. We used to have f'n duels to settle matters!

I left out a lot of coaches. Cheney was probably revered by his players as well. But the Clemson guys weren't nearly as enamored of Hayes, nor were the players from whatever team Cheney had his guy assault.

And we used to live in caves too, Doc. You live in a cave? Why not? Hopefully we evolve.

Maybe, realize that colleges are about education, not football and some of these coaches who feel its OK to do things to players that would be assault if they happened in public shouldn't be representing their schools (are you listening John Chaney, Woody Hayes, Bob Knight?)...Naaaaw, there's gotta be another reason for this stuff to be so prevalent all of a sudden.

Nice Steve Martin (SNL) impression--well done.

I thought it was a Chevy Chase(Ty Webb) talking to Cindy Morgan(Lacy Underall) impression.

you may be right---my memory often fails me these days

Word down here has Skip Holtz from ECU as the favorite to get the job. Leavitt has also filed a suit against USF, but he has no shot of regaining his position.

These cry baby football players of today should be playing soccer instead. Football should be a man's sport.
