The other side of coaching changes_
Know way to know if it will be good or bad for us to make a change. Chickenhawgs still waiting, almost 10 years after running off Nolan. I think PTJR mentioned what's happened at NCState. From Jeff Goodman's blog:

I rarely hear from the N.C. State fans anymore.

A few years back, they used to e-mail all the time and complain about then-coach Herb Sendek.

About how he couldn't beat Duke or North Carolina.

Well, the fans got their wish when they basically chased Sendek out of Raleigh and into the desert at Arizona State.

Then, they applauded when they hired one of their own – former Wolfpack star Sidney Lowe.

While Sendek couldn't win against the ACC's elite enough for the fans, Lowe can't even beat teams like Virginia on their own home floor.

They were, at the very least, relevant in the Sendek Era.

Lowe is now in his fourth season at the helm, and his only postseason experience was a NIT appearance in his rookie campaign with Sendek's players.

The Wolfpack haven't finished higher than 10th in the league, and although their record is 11-5 after today's loss to a Cavaliers team that was supposed to battle for the bottom spot in the league, Lowe's team really hasn't beaten anyone of note this season.

Sendek went to the Big Dance the last five years he was in Raleigh.

I wonder if the N.C. State fans miss him now.

I'd love 11-5 right now.04-cheers
