He had finally gotten to the point of making his life meaningful. He had soooo many problems and screwups but finally decided to get his life in order. May God have mercy on your soul.

form what ive heard, she was leaving in the truck and he jumped in it. I dont forsee anything happening to her because its damn near impossible to prove intent or depraved indifference when he jumped in the back of a moving vehicle. Depraved Indifference is a possibility but she can just claim homicide with justification anyway. Let the children keep their mother.

Why would there be any charges. There is a man with a looong history of violent behavior, who was arrested 6 times in 4 different states during a 1 year time period. Who a judge called a 1 man crime spree. There is a domestic disbute of such nature that she felt a need to flee. Even though he has a broken arm. He decides to jump in the back of her fleeing truck and is thrown out. Nothing to charge her with.
