Osei is a terrific player and is a perfect fit for what NIU wants to do on offense.

I don't think comparing him to the other guys in state is really accurate since none of the BCS school guys (Rees, Graham, or Whitmer) are a similar type of QB. None of those guys are the scrambler Osei is, he's the best athlete of the bunch, but those 3 are more polished passers. However, with the way NIU runs their offense, Osei is probably the best fit of those guys; I know he's short, but that's significantly less important in the spread, where the QB sets up in shotgun and the passing lanes tend to open themselves.
