Cincinnati fans should be VERY proud. That being said, there are a lot of silly attendance comments in this thread from other Big East fans. You probably don't want to get into a Big East vs. SEC attendance debate.

The biggest SEC homers are fans from the bottom of the conference. They are the ones who really like to argue about conference strength instead of team strength.

Fly, why bother with them? Some of these C-USA fans are a crackup. They'll come in with their facts that support the BE being lackluster, then when the facts are refuted, they'll be quick with the spin/excuses, similar to what GKF is spewing.

ECU and Memphis fans are the only ones coming on here to give UC any credit. I'm not really listening to UCF fans - never really have.

Who said anything about lackluster?? I am completly impressed with how far Cincy has come. I am impressed with the # of fans traveling. I think you would have traveled well to charlotte. I do not think you would have gotton 15k to go. The whole point of this thread was saying SEC schools don't really travel well. There is no other conf other than maybe a couple of schools from the Big 10, and Big 12 that send the #s of fans regularly that the SEC does. If Uf was in champ game vs Tex they would have sold plenty. I live in central fla, last year that was all anyone heard about here,, gator this gator that. There is very little buzz over this years sugar bowl.

I didn't necessarily say the whole ball of wax applied specifically to you. But I've seen other UCF posters come in to brag about UCF's season tickets exceeding UC's in some sort of attempt to either pound their chests or belittle UC.
