Wouldn't it be great if we surprised everyone,
including ourselves, and beat Memphis. Nobody is giving us a chance, but I always remember "Hoosiers". David beats Goliath. Can't wait04-cheers

It would be a big upset, but stranger things have happened. Maybe not many.

You figure that at some point we have to break out - if we are going to break out this year.

I would say we had a "break out" game against ORU, wouldn't you? No way we beat them that night if the "kid hadn't fallen off the turnip truck in Little Rock."

Offensively, yes. We looked very good shooting the ball. But we still barely won. If we can't slow Memphis down I don't think we can beat them. We have to slow them down, and someone has to get really hot for us. We won't beat them on athleticism.

No, I don't think we stand much of a chance beating them, I just hope we don't get embarrassed. But, if we hadn't had the break out game against ORU, we don't beat them either. Not likely to happen tomorrow, as I would assume Memphis is better than ORU.

That's a pretty good point. I was just starting to feel pretty good about the ORU win. But, we might go 10 years before we have another guard go 9 for 10 from the field, with the majority being 3 point shots.
