DeCicco got the penalty for head hunting. That was a stupid hit. He could have taken him down any other way, and still made the tackle if he needed to...

I don't disagree with the personal on DiCicco, but the pass interference on Chappel is horse manure. Of course giving the Cinci receivers something to worry about besides catching the ball isn't a bad strategy.

I didn't see the penalty either. But the replay gave a really bad angle too...

Pitt D holds them to a FG. 14-10 Pitt. So far the defense has done well. Without a couple of pass interference penalties, Cinci doesn't have a TD.
