Well if NIU's going to lose by a lot, hopefully they lose by 30+ then.

NIU is on the road. With 3 road wins the last two years, and a team that does not appear to be any better so far, how anyone could predict a win vs. a decent team on the road, is beyond me. We'll be lucky to win a road game all season.

I see this game as an opportunity for NIU. While Northern Iowa is solid, I think they might be a little too highly thought of, and are vulnerable. It would be one of those wins that would come with much significance but really in the grand scheme of things I do not think would be as big of an upset as people think.

I will be the optimistic one (or be Maddawg for the day) since everyone is saying they will lose

I do have a strong feeling this will be closer than many think, it sure is baffling even being tired in that 4 game stretch how we lost to SEMO. Hopefully we look back on SEMO as a big anomaly.
