8PM night game. Another national game for the Huskies. Those USF players gonna freeze their butts off. Should be a rocking RENT for the game.

I like the trend this year. UCONN has been on national TV quite a bit.

If WVU wins the Backyard Brawl, and Rutgers manages to win their next 2 games, it could give that game some national importance as well...

Good i hope is freezing cold so we can win and put this cold weather BS to rest. I think USF did pretty good last year at WV and it was pretty cold.

WVU seems to be the only team USF really gets fired up for in BEast play. The rest of the conference doesn't seem to have such problems...

USF is
5-0vs Cuse
3-2 vs WV
2-2 vs UL going into sat
2-2 vs UConn with the Dec 6th game waitimg
2-3 vs Pitt
1-4 vs UC
1-4 vs Rutgers

So they have been competitive with all except Rutgers and Cincy

Did you really expect 'cuse to have a winning record against the Bulls over the last 5 years. That's a fantasy too. UConn and Rutgers has wins against the Bulls in their good years, and loses in the not so good years...

Yup. However both the WVU-RU and the Pitt-UC game are going to be on at the same time, which quite stinks.

Now to be a downer....no one else is playing that weekend, save for a couple PAC-10 games. ACC, SEC, Big 12 all have championships and Big Ten season ends on Saturday. WAC has a couple games too.

ESPN requires the Big East to hold games for the final Saturday of the regular season so that they have games to select from.

But, recent TV ratings are very good, especially for a "lousy conference".

No doubt, the WV-UC game got a great rating.

The Backyard Brawl should get another great rating for the conference, as should UC-Pitt on the final weekend. WVU-Rutgers may do pretty well too, although the NYC audience should help...
