Glutton for punishment?
My wife and I are heading to Mississippi in a few minutes. $19.99 hotel room at Balley's was hard to resist. Not particularly optimistic about our chances tomorrow night, but my last trip to see us play an SEC team in Mississippi didn't turn out to badly- a buzzer beating win against Final 4 bound Mississippi State.

Scotto, you doing the Bailey's $19.99 hotel route too? Penny and I and a couple of friends from Marion will be at the game, but we're retiring to Memphis, the Rendevous, and Beale Street for the night. Like MJS, I'm not very optimistic. I just hope we can see a reasonably competitive game. Who knows? Maybe our squad will suprise us!

My neighbor is an Ole Miss alum, and owns a house in Oxford. We're going down tomorrow, staying overnight, catching the Ole Miss / Tennessee football game, then returning Saturday evening with a stop in Helena for a couple of hands of blackjack.

Sounds like we might have a full dozen folks there..!

I hope we have something to cheer about. I think we will have more than a couple of dozen as the team's alotment of 50 comp tickets had more requests from players than could be filled.

Sounds like you have a great sports weekend lined up! Better luck with the Blackjack than the Lotto in Monroe, Louisiana! I hope we get to see you over in Oxford!

I'm all-in on the Arkansas Powerball. Got my favorite/lucky numbers covered. Just a matter of time...
