Harding definitely had a few players who could
play for us. In a perfect world, our bigs should have been able to dominate inside, but we didn't. And what eventually beat us was letting them rebound missed shots and make putbacks when we didn't block out. I remember a couple of those at crunch time. That's something that can be improved upon. You can't create talent, but you can create fundamentals, and at this point, we're not fundamentally sound.
But realistically, we all should have known it was going to take some time to work out these kinks. Let's not get down. We'll be allright in the long run. It's a long season. It's not how you begin, but how you finish anyway.
