Is it confirmed that this game will be at Paul Brown Stadium instead of Nippert Stadium?

I believe so and I fully expect Cincy to kick their butt there too. That being said, Cincy will not win at UCONN next year :)

WVU plays at LSU next year too. Those are 2 high profile teams that could give us a big boost in the polls, if we win both games...

UC also plays NC State and Fresno. Syracuse plays BC and Washington. UConn opens @Michigan, and plays Vandy. Pitt plays @Utah, Miami, and @Notre Dame. Rutgers plays UNC. Louisville plays at Oregon State (perhaps they can play competitive, if Krags is gone)...

We have a good chance to make a big impression next year...
