A 4 OT Irish win would be just fine with me.

ND recovers the onside. Going to take a miracle to change the outcome of this game.

Notre Dame TD... 21-23

But ND has to get another onside kick and score in 0:24. It'll take a miracle. I don't think they have another onside recovery coming...

Yep. Take a knee. Game over... 03-woohoo

Now all we need is for Pitt, UConn, and Stanford to beat 'em... 04-rock

At least the day's not a total loss. Any day Notre Dame loses is a good day.

Ugh! With this loss AND most likely a Pitt loss, there goes the BCS and there goes the Cotton for ND.

Looks like the league runner-up may be playing in the Tire Bowl now.

Cheers,
Neil

Not true, Neil. After 2 straight losses, to Navy and Pitt, UConn will probably come in and steal a win too... 05-mafia

That will eliminate ND from any Gator Bowl talk...

Yes, we all enjoy it when ND loses, but the bottom line is that this loss to Navy makes it much more likely that ND will take our Gator bid.

Not so fast having to play Pitt, Uconn and Stanford will not be easy for the Irish. A 7-5 Irish team should not be able to take the gator from a 10-2 BE team. So its in the hands of Pitt and UConn

The Irish have to come to Pittsburgh to play Pitt. Oregon went into Stanford and lost, and ND has to go to Stanford. UConn is their only home game, and they'll come into it with a nice losing streak going...

I forgot about the Irish having to play Stanford @Stanford. I think UConn, though a better team than Navy, is just on a downward cycle at the end of the season (heart-breaking losses the last two weeks) that it will be difficult to overcome both that and playing at Touchdown Jesus for the first time.

Cheers,
Neil
