WVA better play better than this or Friday night is going to be a LONG one for them at the Nip.....

I think WVU should have left Geno Smith in the game. He's a good passer. Better than Jarrett Brown, IMO...

West Virginia sacks Stein twice, then forces him to throw incomplete twice, thwarting Louisville's last chance with under a minute left. The Mountaineers take this one by a relatively sedate score of 17-9.

This is the most discouraged I have been after at WVU win in a long time.....

There was almost no passing in the game. ESPN gave Geno Smith credit for 1 pass completion for -2 yards. However, it was an 8 yard completion. Their statisticians suck in live coverage. This isn't the first huge mistake I've seen...

I'm trying to decide if, after watching this, I should feel more comfortable about the upcoming WVU game or more nervous about the upcoming Louisville game.

Be more nervous about UofL. WVU played without Noel Devine for most of the game, and Chris Neild for all of the game. Neild will be playing NG when we go to Rutgers, and Devine's ankle should be healed as well. Although I think Jock Sanders running style may actually be better in the backfield. He's more of a north and south RB, while Devine spends too much time running east and west...
