Pitt-Irish is sold out!
Just got an e-mail tonight saying Pitt will very soon announce that the Nov 14 night game at Heinz Field between the Panthers and Irish is SOLD OUT!

The e-mail went on to say that before the announcement is made Pitt is creating a limited number of field level seats in the South end zone for a "standing-room only...but sitting" type of sale if that term makes sense.

But we still have an "orange game" to deal with before the Irish.

That is great news. I hope one of your players tramples that Leprechaun guy.

I'd like to see the entire Pittsburgh team run over him as they come out of the locker room, if he'd be kind enough to stand in the way...

Good job Pitt!!!!!! Now go and beat the crap out of them.

The USF-Miami game was down to 450 tickets left but Miami returned 5000 tickets to USF. So we still not a sell out but I think by the time we play it will be.

I hope Stull plays like a Heisman candidate, while Clausen plays like his brother Rick did at Tennessee - inconsistently...

We have some pretty good non-conference games coming up. #13 Pitt/#19 Notre Dame, #25 USF/#16 Miami, #19 Notre Dame/UConn, and #5 Cincinnati/Illinois. Should be a fun stretch for the Big East!

I think The BEast will go 3-1 in those games, with the one loss probably being UConn against ND. But I'd love to see us go 4-0... 04-rock
