The City of Memphis killed 13,491 dogs and cats in 2008. 70% of what is brought into the "animal shelter"; gets this treatment.

The local rag today reveals that number will go way up this year.

Piss poor responsibility in the town I grew up in.

A couple of days ago my neighbor complained that my dog was bothering their feral cats.
