RE: Twins-Tigers
best game I've ever seen, not even close.

Although Miguel Cabrera had a huge offensive game, he also cost Detroit the game. He was loafing halfway down the 3rd baseline before he started running, and was forced out at home in the top of the 12th.

But the White Sox are the best team in baseball, its not even close... right?

Umps missed Inge being hit by a pitch with the bases loaded. It was close, but he was hit and it should have forced in a run. Huge non-call in that game.

My answer: Expanded instant replay. It hasn't killed football (it has, in fact, made it better), it will not kill baseball.

Ehhh I never been as frustrated to be a Sox fan as I am right now. I'm use to losing seasons, but not the way this one happened. Awful taste in the mouth. I cannot imagine you are feeling too much better with the Scrubbies.

WS just way too inconsistent this year in a division that was there for the taking. Not having Quentin for a large part of the year hurt. I think some of the past year's key contributors just either got complacent (Jenks) or are getting old (Dye).
