According to some information pieced together by a few members of the board, we have the following recruits at the game on Saturday:

• Matt James
• Cole Stoudt 6-3 200 QB Dublin Coffman
• Donovan Clark 6-4 285 Ath Cincinnati Finneytown
• Eilar Hardy 6-0 180 CB Pickerington Central

Braxton Miller may have stopped by on his way to the UF-UK game. So two questions to those who went to the game. 1) Did you see any of the recruits; 2) Did you recognize any other recruits besides those listed above.

Stoudt already has a firm offer. I think UC has a real shot with him. Clark grew up a huge UC fan. I imagine he will be a pretty big recruit in the class of 2011. I still think Jarrett Grace is probalby the most impressive junior I've seen so far in the Cincinnati area.

I know Matt James was there for sure,there was a white kid in a purple jersey who was absolutely huge kind of had bleached hair but his arms were massive, anybody know who this was kid he has NFL body right now..

'Purple jersey'...I can say with confidence that wasn't Matt James...

I saw a lot of recruits at the game. I think one thing UC did that was exceptional was the opening game video where it went through each of the former Bearcat players playing in the NFL. Mikecat - the physical description of the player you are talking about sounds like Matt James... but wearing a purple jersey..? LOL, I know his parish is in Elder country but I didnt think they allowed kids at X to wear purple (j/k).

I have to think the white-out and atmosphere played well to the recruits.

Doubt it was Matt James as it appeared to be his football jersey and it was purple and not Elder. He was huge though, really huge.

No idea who it could be but a lot of people have said St X's jersey's look somewhat "purple" from a distance. I could see where someone could make the mistake. Not really sure though.

There hasn't been anyone of merit graduate from Middletown since that Tipton guy way back in the sixties. Or was he from Hamilton, I get confused when he tells his rambling stories of yesteryear.

i thought it might have been Chris Rock from COL St. Francis DeSalles but he doesn't have that same hair color.

i thought it might have been Chris Rock from COL St. Francis DeSalles but he doesn't have that same hair color.

That is possible.

Team name on the purple jersey was the Bruins if that helps.

I saw Matt James he had on a bombers sweatshirt,this other kid made Matt look small,also there were a couple kids with colerain gear hanging around matt.
