Big 12 normally doesn't allow this, they must have cleared it as special consideration.

People here complaining about BE's TV coverage. This week I learned B12 TV coverage sucks balls too. I guess it is just an issue with the BE. PAC-10 got the same problem. It seems B10 and the SEC have taken over the networks regardless what kind of product they got on the field.

Glad to see they changed this because many UCONN fans complained loudly about this. Baylor fans said they found a loop hole in their TV contract to allow something like this.
