The Coogs are the real deal. They remind me a lot of Cincinnati in the respect that they are a powerful offensive team that moves at a fast pace. I knew they were going to give Oklahoma State trouble, and I kind of had a feeling that they might jump on Oklahoma State like this. Houston is flying under the radar. Keep an eye on them, I think they're going to do this year what Tulsa should have finished last year. Houston is a Top 20 team.

Houston wins 45-35. This win is FAR more impressive then BYU's win. Houston pretty much dominated the game, OK St made a comeback and then Houston re-took control of the game. There is no doubt in my mind that Houston is the better team. In the BYU/Oklahoma game it appeared that Oklahoma was the better team before Bradford went down. Great win by the Cougars! Very impressive. They have to be in the Top 25 now.

What does this game tell us about Georgia? After all, OSU did beat Georgia last week...

It tells us that Georgia is overrated just like they are pretty much every year save for their SEC title year.

It is only a matter of time before C-USA emerges as a very good conference - there are too many schools (such as Houston) with rich histories, and the determination is there. SMU, for example, isn't paying June Jones $2,000,000 a year just for laughs.
