It won't matter because when everyone but Troy loses, they get a pat on the back on this board because "they don't represent the conference, Troy does" Yall need to wake up. If Middle gets blown out, it's still a black mark on the conference, just like their HUGE loss to Clemson and FAU's HUGE loss to Nebraska.

Troy got blown out by a crappy MAC team after talking sh** all summer long about how you guys were going to be BCS busters. MT and FAU lost to good BCS conference teams. Some of you Troy fans need shut up and win a game before you start talking about how good you are and how you own the conference.

I respect MTSU very much. You guys have a great team and a fantastic band, but your fan base just sucks... I'd rather here MTSU fans preach how their team is going to the national championship game then hear you guys b**ch constantly about everyone else's performance and yet your team can't do any better.

Well for one, I've never talked the BCS busting non-sense. Very few of us did. If you saw such an incident, it was usually someone pointing out an article that put us in the running for BCS busting. Very few fans actually talked the BCS talk, and it's even funnier for you to insinuate that we did it "all summer long."

Those who have do need to shut up. I agree man. You're spot on.

Guys, you keep falling into the media/AQ trap. There's no such thing (at the beginning of the season) as a crappy MAC team or a great AQ team for that matter. The season starts anew and last year's records are washed away. No one knows if BGSU is going to run the table or if Ball St. doesn't win a game. All we can do is judge the performance against expectation and Troy was favored last week-end ergo the disappointment felt by all here.

Now MTSU is a heavy favorite, at home, v. Memphis. Expectations are what they are. Everyone hopes MTSU wins in convincing fashion; if not prepare for the wrath of this board.

But there just is not enough information yet to call anyone 'crappy' or anyone else great; just an expectation of performance.

Y'all have more faith in MT than MT fans do.

You'll soon learn to temper your hopes in MT, young padawan.

FIUFan, we actually weren't a heavy favorite in this game at all.... I believe just 1.5 points. But no worries, we beat the hell out of Memphis. Only D-1 football team in the state to win their game, even if it was to a joker team, woo hoo! lol

Yea we did our part, if "our part" means embarrassing an overrated C-USA team. Memphis fans are the worst, it just feels good knowing they're in an emotional wreck haha. And the black uniforms are insane, i just wished we had black shoes to go with them, I don't understand the white at all.
