48-10
I wonder if anyone at the Johnson City Press even pays attention to this. The Bristol paper took home 48 points overall to the Johnson City Press' 10 in the TN Press Assoc Awards. Not only that, but the BHC won 14 awards overall to the JC Press' 5. To me, that's a huge discrepancy, especially considering that the JC Press likely has a larger circulation than the BHC. That sends a message about the quality of your publication.

RE: 48-10
Actually the largest circulation is the Times News (44,000) with the BHC second at around 40,000 and the Press last at around 30,000.

That said, in my opinion, it is very sad that the joinly owned Times News and Press can be so poor. Rather than one really good paper, they are two mediocre to poor publications.
