I thought I heard he had already shot this rumor down, but I could be wrong.

You might be right. The article is going on two days old. All I know is he's all over the map. I wouldn't be shocked if he goes full circle and ends up here.

"A source close to Miami's program has said that during Wall's recruiting visit to Coral Gables last week, the 6'4" guard from Raleigh's Word of God Christian Academy told Haith his decision would come down to Kentucky and Miami, according to Jorge Milan of the Palm Beach Post."

and that's how rumors are started

I believe there is ZERO chance that JW plays anywhere other than ky next year. All the rest of this is bs smokescreen for some reason IMO.

The "reason" = Mr. Bledsoe

Cal probably has told him to stall until he can get Bledsoe to sign his LOI, otherwise why wait.

Guys the only reason Wall hasn't signed yet with Kensucky is because it is what XCoach wants him to do.. Think about it, if he had signed with XCoach back whenever, he and Kensucky would not be in the news everyday. Everyday this gets dragged out Wall and Kensucky are in the news, and XCoach loves the exposure it is bringing him at Kensucky, and also making Wall seem like the best thing since sliced bread..I feel it's a no brainer as to what XCoach is really doing..Wall was going to play for XCoach wherever he was coaching at..

Wall is probably just enjoying the attention. Spending a year in South Beach is way better than spending a year in Kensucky.

That has got to be a lure, doesn't it? Being the star player at the local university and hanging on the beach between practices...man, I could do that.

Absolutely no contest in my mind.

Actually the "freak" is just a kid with lots of power. Think of what many of us would do if given this opportunity at 19. I don't know how much of it is for publicity and how much of it is just "boy, this is fun!"

Am I happy about this whole mess-NO!!!! But do I really have any input-NO!!!!

He is doing what a kid does-he is playing the game, this game just happens to gather headlines. He probably has all his clippings in a scrapbook.

If we quit talking about him and the press stopped printing this mess, then he might make a decision, as it is he is just loving the attention and being a kid.
If X Coach was still at Memphis so much of what has happened this off-season would be moot and we would have nothing to post about except our possible 2010 NC.

At this juncture the only reason for any interest what so ever in the location of Wall is its influence on the ultimate location of Eric Bledsoe.

Hmmm, I wonder if the Cliftons are trying to steer him to Haith. Haith is a born and bred North Carolina native.
