I dont know how that affects a split. as I have said many times even if a split happens I see ND coming with the football schools and continuing the current relationship. It was the main reason ND threw the football schools that bone about playing three BE schools a year.
Seems like the majority of pro-split folks want a clean break from ND & the non-FB schools...they'd prefer adding a Memphis or an ECU.
Or were suggesting that BE football had grown to a point that ND wasn't needed to get those type of bowls

I suspect few stadiums were built in the 80s because of high interest rates, not because MLB said "no free stadiums please."

And when Dolphins Stadium and Camden Yards came out, it changed ballpark design. Few stadiums had endless number of sky and club boxes Dolphins Stadium offered. And Camden Yards set the new model for aesthetics.

The Big East didn't have any tie-ins expiring. No. 1 - 6 were accounted for.
